{Mini Blog Tour + Scavenger Hunt + Giveaways} No Attachments by Tiffany King

"Every song has a place and time, and it just depends on the significance they have on your life at the time."

No Attachments
Ashton Garrison walked away from her current life to escape the one thing she is unwilling to face. She knows her decision may be selfish, but in the end, leaving will be far less painful for everyone. She now has one goal: live life to the fullest with no regrets and no attachments. What Ashton doesn't count on is how fate always seems to find a way to screw up any good plan.
Nathan Lockton specializes in locating a mark. He's done it over and over again--no attachments and no emotion necessary. What he thought was a routine lost and found job has forced Nathan to deal with something he has always ignored--his feelings. He's never fallen for a target, and yet, he's never met anyone like Ashton. Now deep in a dilemma, Nathan must decide to follow his heart or complete the job he was hired to do.
Love can come when you least expect it. The question is: if the odds are stacked against you, how far are you willing to go for the one you love?

Hey guys! What's up?
Wait, are you looking for something?
I guess you wouldn't find them here.
You must've reached the wrong blog...
LOL, I was just kidding (;
I'm possitively sure what you are looking for is in here.

Last month, Tiffany King's No Attachments blog tour has been a success and now, she's holding a mini blog tour slash scavenger hunt in lieu of her upcoming novel that is, of course, a part of the Woodfalls Girls Series.

Starting June 16th, we'll be having a week-long scavenger hunt slash mini blog tour together with other bloggers that Tiffany sneakily talked into. I am tasked for the next stop (that is today), so YOU GOTTA KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN! because I'll randomly squeeze in the passage that contains the mystery letters that you have to plug in on Tiffany's Facebook Fan Page (it'll be listed below, together with the author links). *wink*

Each day a blogger will post his/her part and scene that will contain the assigned passage that Tiffany gave him/her and all the blurb he/she wants to share with you, people of awesomeness!

The quotes/passages posted on the blogger's page will also be posted at Tiffany's Facebook page for the whole week. All you have to do is to plug in the letters and voila! She's also sponsoring a giveaway which is OPEN INTERNATIONALLY!
**The Rafflecopter is found way over down there**

I'm Jhed, and I'm glad to meet all of you today. I'll be the second stop in this mini blog tour slash scavenger hunt and I hope you enjoy your stay!
I'll leave you the mark here and to say KEEP YOUR EYES WIDE OPEN once you start skimming through this no nonsense of a world I have in here, and as my friend Jassie said,
*stands in front of the microphone*

So... I'm guessing you know who the character I'm assigned to today.
If you're thinking what I'm thinking, then yes, you're definitely correct!

On the stop today, I will be having Nathan Lockton!
*hugs myself uncontrollably*
Please, continue and don't interrupt me.
He's going to be mine for the whole day.
Oh, and don't you worry! You'll have your alone time with him.
Just not today.
So, let me be. ((;

Before give him the shiny spotlight, I would like to share with you guys, some very valuable and oh-so-irresistible quote from his POV found in the book:
"I'll pick you up at seven," I said, pulling her toward me. I settled my lips against hers for a moment, devouring the sigh of surprise that left her mouth. I pulled the lip that had been enticing me into my mouth and gave it a soft nip with my teeth. It tasted faintly like a combination of cherry lip gloss and minty mouthwash, but it was the heat that beckoned me. I could have made a feast of her lips and mouth. I wanted to explore every inch of them. After a moment, I forced myself to pull away and open my car door.

*whistles* Did you just felt that one?
It's some scene...
Okay, moving on.
Let's concentrate and get to know of our hero Nathan.

A yes for a Nathan Lockton...
Maybe all or most of us are dreaming of a guy who is going to sweep us off our feet, carry us when we ask them to, and love us as if the time does not exist.
For me, a Nathan Lockton was a blessing. A blessing girl can never tell is worth to be kept. He resembled a radiant and rare diamond that only one can holdit's ownerand he's as shiny and pure as a pearl (like his love for Ashton).
His love for cats really got me the most. I never actually experienced a guy who would admit his love for cats *waves at Fred*. It's usually the dogs a man always take with him, and this is something new and interesting for me. Think about it. Having a cat is a very womanly nature. A woman having a lot of cats means she's alone and feels like there's nobody destined to be with her until she breathes her very last breath. How lonely can that be? And to think and imagine that happen to Nathan, I just want to rip my heart off and give it to him. He must be very lonely, not until Ash came bouncing into his life in that very same bar where they have met.
Nathan is a strong and a determined person. He's very serious with his job and he's been very serious with Ash. I've never met one yet, in reality. It sucks when the people surrounding you, is determined but isn't strong enough to fight for what they want. And to think that Nathan is the exact opposite. He's as real as I can imagine him moving. He's carefree, loyal, and enticing... He might have lied from the very beginning but he sure did made up for it in the end. He became very attached, which he promised he wouldn't be.
I know you're dreaming of your very own version of a real Nathan Lockton, but I have to cut you from your dreaming right now.
Did you jot down the letters you found today?
If you did, then head over to Tiffany's Fan Page and plug it in!
